Copenhaver Moves Up! Tray Copenhaver's 18:23 performance at CPL yesterday moves him up to the 14th spot on the All Time Top 20 list. Tray's previous position on the list was 19th. Six of nine runners all ran personal best times with four runners breaking the 20-minute barrier.
4K Champion! Tray was the 4K Champion at Medicine Lodge yesterday! With wind gusting in excess of 45mph, Tray still ran a respectable 15:20!

Krissa Breaks Record! Krissa Helms just broke the Chaparral girls 4k record with a time of 18:01 at the Pratt-Skyline meet. The previous record of 18:49 was set by Tabitha Haws in 2006. Congrats to Krissa!
